L'Olimpia Trattoria is a stylish restaurant situated in Veruno, a typical hamlet in the Novara area, strategically perched on one of the hilltops surrounding Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta.
Opened by Sebastiano Greco in 1993, the restaurant embodies his passion for Mediterranean cuisine, with special care for fish dishes, drawing upon his experience in managing a typical local restaurant in Porto Santo Stefano, nestled in Tuscany’s gem Mount Argentario.
The experience of the Chef and his kitchen staff is supported by the wine competence of his son Matteo Greco, a sommelier and current owner, to ensure that any moment spent in L'Olimpia Trattoria is part of a unique wining and dining experience.
